Welcome to the home of Campanula

Ten Have Plant is the Campanula-specialist of the Netherlands. The Campanula – for indoor (Isophylla) and outdoor (Portenschlagiana) in different colors – is our main crop and of this plant we have everything in our own hands. We are a breeder, propagator and grower and have the breeders’ rights to our varieties. But we have more in house. Our autumn crop is the Cyclaam, with its silver leaves the ideal Christmas present. And new is the Tamarinde, the tropical surprise that we are the first in the Netherlands to market as a pot plant.

Our products

Ideal conditions for plants and humans

We are a family business, you notice that in everything. Look at the people who work for us, for example. A close team of committed people who all live nearby. Really committed to our company, to each other and to our product range. The fact that some have been working here for more than 20 years says it all. It’s working with the heart here.

Decorum, the quality label

If you buy a Decorum, then you know you have something good in your hands. This growers’ association for high-quality growers is at the same time a quality label for consumers. At florists, garden centers and other retailers you will find the very best quality that member growers have to offer. Even though we give each plant optimal care: the very best ones go out the door as Decorum.

One step forward every day

For our team, the work is becoming more and more efficient, thanks to our advanced automation. Cameras select our plants based on size, color and maturity, and the customer’s desired composition automatically enters a tray through a chip in each pot. Our ordering system gives us live stock control, and we have a self-developed microclimate control system right at the plant. For more than 100 years, we have been experimenting, testing and innovating to constantly improve conditions for both our plants and our employees.

First in the Netherlands

The Tamarinde is special. Originally from Africa, it is big in India because of its fruit used in curry pastes. During the day, it opens its leaves to the light; in the dark it closes them again. The Tamarinde is a tree, but why isn’t it a potted plant? That idea comes to fruition at Ten Have Plant. We are the first in the Netherlands to bring this tropical surprise into your living room.
