Thanks to smart cameras and our self-developed order system, we sort very specifically by color, size and ripeness. We keep improving ourselves. We have even won awards with our innovations.
Our proprietary planting order system
An order comes in. Automatically, plants are sorted by desired color, size and maturity. The order becomes a packing slip, everything is checked at the packing station. Order ready! Thanks to our own plant order system – which we program, modify and maintain ourselves – technology fits in perfectly with our working methods. And we can deliver exactly as required.
Saving time and labor
Propagating is manual work, but otherwise all processes are automatic. We pot with a robot, machines put pots in the greenhouse. Watering and climate control are all computer-controlled. The plants are picked up mechanically – selected for size, color and maturity by smart cameras. No one has to go into the greenhouse to pick up plants. That saves a lot of time and labor.
Microclimate Control
High-quality cultivation is precision work. With our own developed air system we get very close to the plant. The system blows air through holes in the tables the plants are standing on. This way you really get micro-climate control. You can’t get any closer to the plant.
